- Provide support to Outlet Manager/Supervisor in overseeing the daily setup, serving and closing of all the kiosks/kitchen area
- Lead and ensure staff are cross-trained in multiple stations to support daily operations
- Maintain a healthy stocklist to ensure products are available for sale by keeping an updated inventory of all food and drinks
- Maintain supplies and ensure proper storage of supplies delivered
- Ensure general cleanliness and hygiene in food prep and strorage are in accordance with NEA guidelines
- Ensure general upkeep and maintenance of equipment and appliances
- Ensure proper opening and closing of cash in the register and report any variance to your immediate Supervisor
- Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager/Supervisor

- Working hours: 6 days a week inclusive of Saturdays and PH, 44 hours per week
