We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions. You will play a key role in managing a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality project execution, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation within the team.
What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of technical projects.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the technical team, ensuring productivity and maintaining project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Operations, etc.) to align technical development with company goals and customer needs.
• Act as a technical expert and provide advice on best practices, tools, and methodologies to solve complex technical problems.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software/hardware solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the team's processes, tools, and performance.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and resources to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Facilitate code reviews, technical assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Drive innovation through research, new technologies, and industry best practices.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance regulations.
• Work with senior leadership to set technical direction and prioritize projects based on business needs.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
• Minimal 5 years of experience in a technical role (engineering, development, etc.), with minimal 2 years in a management or leadership position.
• Strong experience in Milestone, HIK, CCTV & Door access system.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
