Job Description :About the CompanyOur Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for a proactive HR Manager (APAC) to oversee a team and provide business partnering to regional counterparts, as well as ensure alignment of regional HR strategies.
  • Lead alignment and development of HR strategies across the region, working closely with internal stakeholders;
  • Provide business partnering support to regional sites and offices;
  • Liaise closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency across HR functions;
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and regulations, considering legal risks;
  • Lead data compliance efforts, ensuring alignment across different countries;
  • Work closely with internal teams to promote a culture of learning and improvement;
  • Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met and promote excellent service;
  • Manage HR escalations, including disciplinary related responsibilities;
  • Manage compensation and benefits, including job grade and salary benchmarks;
  • Promote and develop company culture through various channels.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field of study;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent understanding of local and regional employment regulations and best practices;
  • Proactive with good problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic team, as well as ability work effectively independently;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
