Job Description:We are seeking a Research Assistant/Associate to support our upcoming randomized controlled trial. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in various aspects of the study, from literature review and IRB submission to recruitment coordination and data management.Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and appraise publications2. Coordinate IRB submissions, including new applications, amendments, and annual reports3. Collaborate with principal investigators, research fellows, and program managers to plan, prepare, and implement study protocols4. Manage research study activities, including patient recruitment, data collection, analysis, and management5. Extract and analyze data from electronic health records6. Provide regular research updates to the study team7. Maintain high standards of professional conduct and record-keeping in accordance with hospital policies, ethics requirements, and local regulations8.
