EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANCE EXECUTIVE, PEOPLE & CULTURE (FOREIGN WORKERS MANAGEMENT)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Play an active role in providing HR support and working closely with line Managers to build efficient HR practices in managing migrant workers
- Effective management of migrant workers (all foreign worker pass type) in accordance to MOM stipulated regulations
- Handle foreign workers recruitment by working closely with appointed recruitment agencies which includes conducting interviews, job offering and onboarding arrangements
- Manage foreign workers accommodation – i) monthly rental payment ii) whole unit hostel / dormitory management (new, renewal & exit process) iii) housing audit & inspection iv) OFWAS update v) managing landlords/dormitory operators vi) workers well-being and maintenance
- Administer Housing Inspection Tracking apps to ensure workers comply with accommodation guidelines and perform necessary audits to identify & recommend necessary actions or improvements
- Partnering with the site-based office support team to drive effective employee relations activities and communication, managing foreign employees’ grievances and disputes and offer advice in line with People & Culture Policies & Procedure
- Ensure compliance with local government legislation (eg. Employment Act, Foreign Manpower Act, Workplace Safety) and ISS corporate governance polices as below:

- ISS Leadership Principles
- ISS Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy
- ISS Global People StandardsISS Safety Rules

- Undertake any duties/projects as assigned by the Superior
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 1-2 years of Admin Experience
- Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Conversant in Microsoft Office Suites
