Transport Operations Manager

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Oversees all aspects of company's transportation and logistics operations
• Ensuring efficient movement of cranes & manpower allocation, adhering to regulations, optimizing resource utilization and performance
• Manage the operations team to deliver quality customer service
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site personnel to ensure timely crane deployment and project completion
• Stay up to date to technological changes within the industry
• Streamlines operations procedures and develops plans to manage turnover and workloads to increase productivity
• Work collaboration with other departments to promote efficient business optimization
• Has the ability to troubleshoots crane technical issues and propose effective solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• At least 05 years of proven experience in the crane lifting, machinery or related field.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication (both verbal & written) Skills and Client interfacing Skills
• Strong Organizational and Strategic Planning Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and driven to achieve results
• Strong decision making, plaining & prioritization Skills
