Core Responsibilities
- Prepare financial forecasts, business plans, budgets and financial analysis and liaise in regard to these also with central controlling teams in Germany.
- Take the lead in monthly closings and financial reporting for major accounts.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance and advice on strategic decisions on potential and ongoing deals.
- Review pricing, financial aspects and other commercial terms for all major customer contracts and appropriations for major expenditure.
- Monitor financial performance of key business units, customer projects and product groups.
- Analysis of financial performance of the company.
- Develop and optimize KPI reports to support business operations.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Position Requirements
- Solid and hands-on experience in performance analysis and project controlling.
- Person of high integrity, unbiased, decisive, results oriented and a keen sense of business ownership.
- Strong communication and analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills and team orientation, ability to work with and motivate internal staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently. Pro-active and able to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team.
- Excellent command of Excel, experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English.
Education and Experience
- A recognized accountancy degree or higher (CPA or similar preferred).
- 10 -12 years of working experience in the ICT sector in an MNC environment with 2-3 years’ experience handling audit functions.
- Profound IT user background especially in enterprise resource planning tools such as SAP, business intelligence reports and forecasting tools.
- Excellent IFRS knowledge such as Revenue Recognition, Contract/Order Evaluation, Leasing, and a solid international tax background (permanent establishment, transfer prices, etc.).
- Proven track record and more than 6 years’ experience in commercial management (deal management) being engaged in international cross border deals or locals deals of different TCV sizes.
