  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

If you have proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing or Oil & Gas organisation, that would be most ideal. In this role, you will lead a Singapore accounting team, ensuring compliance with statutory and Group reporting requirements, while improving operational processes and coaching the team to higher performance.Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders, overseeing the accounts of subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with statutory and Group standards.
  • Lead and coach a team of accountants to improve existing processes and enhance overall team performance.
  • Drive the enhancement and efficiency of accounting processes, ensuring they meet Group and internal control guidelines.
  • Provide technical financial expertise to support strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with the Finance department to support the overall function goals.
  • Work with tax team to fulfil tax filing responsibilities, including GST.
  • Prepare for and facilitate audits.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with both local and regional external stakeholders, including auditors and compliance authorities.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or IFRS certification required.
  • Possess at least 10 years of professional accounting experience.
  • Proven leadership ability to drive and manage accounting team.
  • Leveraged technology to drive transformation projects (e.g. automation, AI, RPA).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations.
  • Strong experience working in complex, matrixed organisations, ideally in manufacturing/Oil & Gas industries.
  • Possess strong cross-functional communication abilities.
