CLIENT

  • Upload proposals for new clients
  • Submission of Gebiz pitches or tenders and tracking of submissions
  • Manage Pipedrive entries and ensure all client data is up to date
  • Create and maintain client contracts and project codes
  • Handle subscription requests for the team
  • Maintain and oversee Cred Slides, ensuring existing decks are updated as required
  • Review client invoices, and out-of-pocket expenses
  • Manage Intercompany Service Orders (ISOs)
  • Prepare Quality Assurance Letters at the end of projects or retainers
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable on client / vendor invoices
  • Maintain and update the invoice PO tracker for clients
  • Generate and administer NDAs

TEAM

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for all team members
  • Ad hoc requests from the Managing Director
  • Maintain and update the organization chart and onboarding decks monthly
  • Approve Brio team expenses and leaves
  • Maintain an overview of the team's project timelines
  • Manage MD’s claims
