- Lead and manage a team of officers across Accounts Receivables and Job Management Centre managing transactions for Australia Market
- Oversee the verification of billing, accruals, invoicing, credit notes, and invoice adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage debt collection, monitor overdue accounts, and address outstanding issues to ensure timely payments from the customers.
- Perform checks to ensure transactional tasks follow predefined processes while maintaining compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and customer contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex invoice disputes related to aged receivables or unpaid invoices.
- Address operational challenges arising from cross-border financial operations, regulatory differences, and system migrations.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly KPI reports, aging analysis, and financial dashboards for management review.
- Drive process automation and system enhancements to improve billing accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and refine SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), implement best practices to enhance accounts receivables management and dispute resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in billing, accounts receivables, or shared services, with a proven track record in managing large teams and complex operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in handling teams.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement across different regions, particularly in cross-border financial operations.
- Proficiency in SAP, eInvoice portals, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
