Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and supervision of assigned engineering projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with project requirements, reviewing drawings for accuracy, and addressing technical inquiries.
  • Engaging with clients to understand and interpret their needs (including site surveys and data gathering).
  • Participating in project meetings and implementing follow-up actions.
  • Developing detailed work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
  • Reviewing engineering deliverables and initiating corrective measures as needed.

  • Conducting quality control assessments and overseeing project handover.

  • Reviewing engineering drawings and collaborating with the design team to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction (civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, or electrical work) would be an advantage.
  • Degree in engineering, architecture, or building science.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and skilled in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
