About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team in the Joo Koon West Region. This is a full-time position responsible for providing comprehensive bookkeeping and small practice accounting support to our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other ad-hoc financial analyses
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial reporting, and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA) would be an advantage
