We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Accounts Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in Accounts Payable Support and adhoc Financial Analysis support. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
This renewable 1 year contract role will report directly to Finance Manager.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
- Accounts Payable point of contact
- Invoice processing for Asia Pacific regional office and Travel Retail Asia
- New Vendor Onboarding
- System guidance to Singapore Team (PO Training/Best Practices)
- Purchase Order creations
- Managing petty cash transactions
- Commercial Expense Tracker Reporting
- Any other duties as assigned
Financial Analysis
- Assist in monthly closing of accounts and reports generation
- Assist in the preparation of budget, reforecast
- Assist in performing review of distributor performance and audit of A&P spending
We'd love to meet you if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/Audit/Corporate Finance
- Financial analysis or business partnering will be a plus
Skills and Knowledge:
- Meticulous & detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Advanced Excel and Powerpoint
- Working Knowledge in SAP
- Good organizational and communication skills
