As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage in outdoor sales initiatives to secure new clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on profit margins

and revenue generation.

  • Analyze market conditions, costs, competition, and supply-demand factors to optimize

gross profit and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

  • Participate actively in contract negotiations, including discussions on pricing and terms

& conditions with clients.

  • Monitor and evaluate performance through daily reporting and conduct

monthly review meetings to identify potential improvements.

  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and add value.
  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive market knowledge in Freight Forwarding and supply chain solutions,

with a preference for expertise in specific industry verticals.

  • Strong critical thinking skills to solve customer problems.
  • Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore.
  • Preferably to be fluent in Chinese and English.
