Programme Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and adjust programmes based on feedback from clients and affiliated companies.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and discipline of Instructors/Facilitators, ensuring adherence to our code of conduct.
Record-Keeping: Track and maintain updated records of incidents during events.
Payment Verification: Verify Instructor/Facilitator logsheets at the beginning of each month for payment processing.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support the Operations Manager and other Programme Coordinators with additional tasks as needed.

Education: Minimum Diploma required.
Experience: No prior work experience necessary.
