Job SummaryBased in Singapore, this role closely collaborates with Treasury Markets (TM) and Cluster Treasury (CT) to drive financial performance, support strategic decision making and resource optimisation for the ASEAN region. This role sits within the Treasury CFO team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Analysis and Advisory to TM and CT:
  • Provide Treasury P&L analysis and support in financial resources optimisation (structural hedging, credit insurance, structural FX hedging, etc).
  • Provide impactful financial insights for decision making and support/drive various projects or franchise initiatives on balance sheet and performance to improve RoTE.
Treasury Planning and Forecasting for FP&A:
  • Lead on FP&A related processes such as outlooks, target setting and corporate planning including income, balance sheet and RWA.
  • Collaborate with Modelling and Forecasting Solutions team to implement a Treasury income forecasting process to support financial planning for key markets in the cluster.
  • Embed Central & Others (C&O) Treasury allocations and coordinate amongst Finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Control on the cadence of daily and monthly reported Treasury Financials
Stakeholder Engagement & Best Practices:
  • Work closely with Finance colleagues, clarifying “hand off” and “hand in” points to embed a successful, clearly defined Treasury Business Finance role without duplication or gaps between teams.
  • Build strong relationships with Treasury and Finance stakeholders, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Treasury FP&A in cross-functional groups and support Treasury initiatives in the region.

Skills and ExperienceOur Ideal Candidate: * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CA, CFA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in a Global Bank
  • Previous experience in Treasury, FP&A and / or Business Finance role/s preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Proven experience in forecasting and performance management, including solid knowledge of balance sheet and RWA management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Data management skills (SQL and/or Visualisation Tools) would be advantageous.
