Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for an HR Executive. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, developing HR policies, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Knowledge of performance management and compliance with labor laws
- Proficiency in maintaining employee records and overseeing payroll and benefits administration
- Ability to develop HR policies and support strategic HR initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently on-site in Singapore
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
