Join a top tier international bank with an ambitious roadmap to grow their Wealth business over the next few years. In this role you will have the opportunity to start a new team within the Premier/Private Client segment leveraging from one the best onshore platform in Singapore. You’ll build a high-achieving team of Premier/Private Client Relationship Managers and lead them to deliver outstanding service experience to affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Premier/Private Client Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team-based sales and service targets.
  • Developing client relationships with high profile customers
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with the bank’s strategy and KPIs.
  • Handle escalating client issues and provide strategic solutions to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee the delivery of Affluent banking solutions including wealth management, investments, deposits, insurance, and lending products.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Premier/Private Client Banking, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
  • Only candidates who are currently in the role of a Banking RM team manager will be considered
  • Ability to build and grow a high performing team
  • Strong knowledge of investment, insurance, and wealth management products
  • Proven people management skills with a track record of team success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
