It strives to become a locally, regional and globally recognized knowledge center in financial risk management where scholars, regulators, and industry professionals gather to advance cutting edge knowledge that has immediate relevance to the financial system.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Programme Manager to oversee the end-to-end administration and promotion of the Master of Financial Engineering (MFE) programme at the Risk Management Institute (RMI), NUS. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in programme management, marketing communications, and stakeholder engagement within the higher education or professional training sector.Job Description1. Programme Management & Operations
- Manage the full lifecycle of the MFE programme, including admissions, student matriculation, course scheduling, examination logistics, and graduation.
- Liaise with academic faculty and internal departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality student experience.
- Maintain accurate programme data and generate reports for internal review.
- Plan and execute publicity strategies to promote the MFE programme, including digital campaigns, info sessions, and postgraduate fairs.
- Oversee content development for the programme website, brochures, emails, social media.
- Act as the primary liaison between RMI and prospective students, industry partners, and lecturers.
- Build and maintain relationships with external institutions for collaborations, such as student exchange or short-term programmes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including RMI faculty, NUS offices, and alumni to support programme goals.
- Prepare documentation for committee approvals, external reviews, and audits.
- Support budget planning and financial tracking related to programme operations.
- Ensure compliance with university policies.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, preferably within a university or education setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Familiarity with higher education trends, especially in finance, risk, or technology fields, is a plus.
