Our client is a growing EMS startup in Singapore, backed by a well-established headquarter in China.
They are seeking a hands-on HR professional with startup experience to spearhead all human resources and office operations functions in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for manufacturing and office operations roles.
- HR Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive workplace culture by handling employee engagement, grievances, and performance management.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to Singapore's employment regulations and support alignment with HQ’s policies.
- Office Operations & Administration: Oversee office functions such as facilities management, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Act as a bridge between the Singapore office and HQ, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in EMS or manufacturing industries.
- Startup Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in setting up HR frameworks and policies in a startup environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with the HQ in China.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws: Familiarity with Singapore labour regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and handle HR and office operations efficiently.
- Proactive & Independent: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
