Job Summary: Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for project management? We are seeking a Project Management Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will manage and control projects to meet clients' requirements, ensuring cost control and timely delivery. You will oversee service engineers and contractors, manage design confirmations, and liaise with clients and factories to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to clients' requirements.
- Schedule and attend project discussions as per clients' requirements.
- Ensure cost control to meet project budgets.
- Attend project site meetings.
- Support contract administration works, including ordering, billing milestones, and O&M submission.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead times.
- Work closely with the factory on design comments from clients/consultants.
- Manage sub-contractor work schedules and quality of work.
- Support the Service team during FAT and SAT.
- Manage testing and commissioning requirements for equipment according to clients' requirements.
- Commit to and be responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS), including implementing process approaches, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Good electrical knowledge, including Low/Medium Voltage Switchgear and Transformer knowledge, and Power Distribution background.
- Proficiency in Auto-CAD and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
