Job Description:Job Title: Spare Part CoordinatorReporting to: Operation ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesProvide back-office and sales support for spare parts related to packaging and related machinery, including issuing sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders.Check inventory levels before procurement to ensure optimal stock management.Coordinate with customers to issue quotations and ensure timely delivery of goods.Support the manager with administrative tasks and paperwork as required.Issue invoices and prepare all necessary documents to complete the sales process.Liaise with the sales and service teams to assist customers with product-related issues.Prepare and submit regular reports and correspondence in a timely manner to support management decisions.Handle additional tasks as assigned by managers.QualificationsMinimum education: Vocational Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.Female, aged between 21-40 years old.At least 1 year of experience in a sales support role.Experience in spare parts sales support, especially in the machinery business, is preferred.Good command of spoken and written English; TOEIC score of at least 450 is required.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and multitask effectively.Sound judgment and the ability to make timely decisions.A team player with strong collaboration skillsIf you are a highly motivated individual with strong in Sales Spare Part and after -sales in machinery background, we encourage you to apply.Please submit your resume (word version is prefer) and cover letter to / or click "Apply to this job"
