As a critical member of the leadership team, this role will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and delivery of our technology roadmap. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to align engineering efforts with the overall business objectives.What you will be responsible for:
  • Develop and articulate a clear and compelling engineering vision and strategy that aligns with the company's product roadmap and business goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends to ensure our engineering practices and architecture remain cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and features.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, efficiency and quality
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, security and performance of our products and platforms
  • Build, mentor and lead a world-class engineering organization, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning
  • Attract, recruit and retain top engineering talents.
  • Participate in key architectural design and reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with other stakeholders such as PM, QA, Security and business teams
  • Establish and monitor key engineering metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
How you will stand out:
  • Bachelor's or Masters' in Information Technology, Engineering or related
  • Strong technical background and strategic engineering leadership experience
  • Track record in delivering scalable, reliable, and secure products
  • Experience managing full software development lifecycle
  • Skilled in improving engineering processes and efficiency
  • Data-driven; uses engineering metrics to guide improvements
  • Hands-on with architecture and technical reviews
