Chief Growth Officer, SEA Insights
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team at Kantar as the Chief Growth Officer, SEA Insights. In this role, you will drive commercial growth, create new business opportunities, and foster cross-selling activities across our diverse portfolio. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will lead a team of business development specialists and collaborate with various teams to align commercial planning (hunting and cross-selling targets and strategies). Additionally, you will leverage regional client and solution teams along with marketing to realize our growth ambitions. This role requires a focused mindset on enabling business growth through strategic client engagements and innovative sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accountability for SEA Big 5 OGSP targets and outcomes (hunting new logos and white space cross selling into existing logos/new rooms).
· Identify and sponsor 2-3 key SEA client relationships with strong growth potential and drive accelerated growth
· Lead the SEA Business Development teams to ensure they are key growth engines in markets and across the cluster, focusing on priorities aligned to hunting and cross-selling/white space targets.
· Ensure Business Development teams contribute to the SEA BD network by sharing best practices and fostering a ‘hustle’ mindset.
· Drive best practices in pitching and proposals by leveraging internal efficiencies such as hubs, tiered pricing, and Kantar USP’s/IP. Improve our winning proposal formula and keep track of competition measured by win rates.
· Collaborate with colleagues to utilize and influence the solution commercial strategy on Brand, KMP, Creative, Media, and Innovation as growth enablers.
· Unlock growth in underexploited areas like Brand Strategy, RGM, Shopper, Advisory, Sensory, etc., and avoid declining ‘off-strategy revenue’ too easily.
Teams and People to collaborate with to be successful:
Growth Partner to CEO & Head of SEA Cluster and MD’s. Collaborate with our Regional Client Leads, Regional Solution Leads, Heads of Solution Teams, and Marketing to develop and implement growth strategies and executional best practices. Collaborate with APAC CCO and be an active member of the APAC Growth Council representing SEA.
