This is a full time role for an Sales Engineer with Quantity Surveying located in Sixth Lok Yang Rd. Our client provides solutions for the rail industry, including survey, design, construction, maintenance, project management, and training. This role combines responsibilities in sales, business development, quantity surveying, and project management. It involves developing strategic plans to secure new projects, building client relationships, and presenting proposals and tenders. You'll handle negotiations on pricing and contract terms while conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities. On the cost estimation side, you'll be preparing detailed budgets and Bills of Quantities, analyzing costs, and identifying financial risks and savings. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align project goals, monitor progress, and ensure both budget and contract compliance. Maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business is also a key focus.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of securing contracts and managing cost
