Job Description

  • Work with the product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive branding across all customer touchpoints, both online and offline.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Ensuring local’s content calendar aligned with the company’s objectives and marketing goals, ensuring brand consistency across social channels.
  • Leverage customer feedback, market research, and social listening tools (ie. Emplifi) to refine and optimize offline and social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics or other related fields
  • Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in creating copywriting, writing articles and/or blog writing, would be advantageous
  • Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with those internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
