About the Job:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
