About the Job:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Arrange and conduct interviews, provide feedback to both clients and candidates, and manage the interview process from start to finish.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and advice to clients and candidates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other consultants and managers to achieve team targets and contribute to the overall success of the office.

Requirements of the role:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
