  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Supports customers in Singapore on their overseas logistics activities (etc. drop shipments from suppliers to end customers in foreign countries.)Ensure accurate and timely actions & follow up according to Company process flow / SOP / KPI standards for all matters:
  • Interact with shippers/customers to arrange their international shipments.
  • Shipment bookings and status/event code updates into our operating system.
  • Work with service providers (Shipping lines, trucking companies, CFS and other involved parties).
  • Maintain customer SOPs
  • Ensure compliance at all times to internal and external regulations.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Shipment track and trace.
  • Take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs
QualificationsQualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Tertiary education with 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understanding of shipping documentation.
  • Understanding of international freight.
  • Experience in Ocean Export operations.
  • Experience with Freight quotations

Continuous improvement mindset.Working Condition:
  • No more than normal physical effort or positional stress required. Intermittent walking, sitting or standing with normal expenditure of energy.
