Works closely with Senior Leadership and others to ensure successful, efficient, and on time releases. This role will be the go-to person in the organization that is going to orchestrate and shepherd the flow of quality deliverables to our customers.Expertise you bringAbility to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results.Partner closely with counterparts in other teams to ensure success delivery.Develop and communicate strategy, plans, issues, and risks effectively throughout the organization.Make strategic and tactical recommendations to Senior Leadership to ensure successful delivery of solutions (and projects).Closely tracks delivery of requirements from product teams.Creates and delivers presentations, develops communications and communicates to cross-functional audiences both internally and externally.Identifies, develops, and implements tools and metrics to drive project management success. Drives on-going retrospection to foster continuous improvement.QualificationsJob Requirements7+ years Project Management / Engagement Management consulting experience managing enterprise level/Government IT projects across multiple industries from initiation through implementation in commercial cloud deployments.Possess prior experience in implementing large projects of comparable magnitude and complexity;Possess excellent planning, communication, management and supervisory skills;Possess the following domain knowledge and experience in relevant systems related to the Data projects:Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience with common data analyticstechnologies;TWO (2) years or more of hands-on experience and expertise working with AWS services to design, build, secure and maintain analytics solutions;TWO (2) years or more of hands-on experience developing, architecting and running Machine Learning (ML) or deep learning workloads in AWS cloud;The ability to follow model-training best practices; andThe ability to follow deployment best practices;Possess good oral and written communication skill in English as well as problem solving skills;Be responsive to the customer’s queries and requirements;Be customer-oriented and possess experience in dealing with IT requirements and the business perspectives; andBeing certified as a Project Management Professional or a holder of a Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM) is an added advantage.Strong understanding of project and program management best practices, including Agile.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Ollion is an equal opportunity employer.
