Your new role
- Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
- Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
- Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements. Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; PE Board-recognized degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant construction industry experience, with strong M&E project management skills and at least one completed project cycle.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and project management abilities, with the capability to supervise teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
