  • What do health coaches do? Health coaches are great partners for people who imagine a healthier way of living and want support to get there. They help clients find the goals that inspire them and help them think concretely about how to reach those goals. Health coaches also help clients discover their strengths, develop consistency, experiment with new actions or ways of thinking, and build healthy, sustainable habits.. Health coaches possess unique knowledge about health and wellness, but they are more interested in the transformation of their clients than in educating them. Most importantly, health coaches believe their clients can have the healthy lives they envision and work with them to make that happen.

  • A community driver - Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
  • A goal-getter- Setting and achieving goals with our clients is the single most important task our team has every day. The account manager at each location needs to live and breathe this approach and be committed to optimizing all processes to help our partners and employees achieve their goals.
  • An effective agent of change – Able to make all employees feel valued, seen and heard, whilst simultaneously ensuring the standards of each and every session delivered remain high.
  • A salesperson – This individual will be at the front of the majority of employee consultations, introducing them to a holistic approach to health and wellness through the health consultations and the full range of UFIT services and business lines, and getting the wellness leaders and employees to join the programs and classes.
  • Possess a Bachelors in Sports Science with 5 years of experience in a corporate wellness/ fitness coaching environment
  • Relevant coaching qualifications in Pre and Post Natal training or yoga is compulsory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Summary:

  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Location: Singapore Office, L34 (NB: Tokyo, Malaysia, Hong Kong focus)
  • Reports to: UFIT Account Manager

Responsibilities:

-Manage Sports Leagues, including fielding queries via events form, maintaining calendar and budget, setting up suppliers for payment, and working with Wellness Squad to facilitate events end to end for locations covered under this Agreement.

-Manage Special Events, including fielding queries via events form, maintaining calendar and budget, setting up suppliers for payment, and working with Wellness Squad to facilitate events end to end for locations covered under this Agreement.

-Manage Groups, including fielding queries via events form, maintaining calendar and budget, setting up suppliers for payment, and working with Wellness Squad to facilitate events end to end for locations covered under this Agreement.

-Scheduling all sports leagues/tournaments, special events.

-Attend (via video conference) weekly Wellness meetings (APAC-wide).

-Promote and increase adoption and key reporting metrics for Movecoach including but not limited to New Users, Monthly Milestone Achievements, and Challenges.

-Respond to all Tickets via Ticket System within 48hrs, assigning to other business units where required.

-Assist the Supplier Account Manager and Sr. Regional Wellness Specialist where required on special initiatives and events.

-Assist to identify, prepare, and run local wellness events for the offices/country specified in this Agreement.

-Respond to and assist participants of the Wellness program via emails, and instant messaging. This includes website and classes support, fielding suggestions and comments, and other general customer service related inquiries.

-Collaborate with APAC Sr. Regional Wellness Specialist, other staff of the -Wellness Group and various groups within the organization to create, promote and execute various events and learning opportunities for employees.

Business Development:

  • Assisting the Account Manager with the promotion of key initiatives and events
  • Monthly, and Quarterly reporting analysis

Operations:

  • Assist the account manager on the launch and implementation of SGP
  • Deliver excellent customer service and other administrative tasks efficiently
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate partner wellness studio/gym and virtual services
  • Maintain general cleanliness of the Wellness Studio/Gym
  • Plan and deliver the SGP and Fitness Classes
  • Assist the Account manager with managing the sports leagues and tournaments

Human Resources:

Assist Account Manager with scheduling all classes, consultations, appointments

  • Setup and training of Instructors (how to use in house booking systems and processes)

Facility Management:

  • Responsible for music and towels in the Wellness Studio/Gym
  • Monitor and conduct housekeeping (shower rooms, storage areas) and report issues without delay

Personal:

  • At all times conduct yourself in a manner befitting an exceptional UFIT employee, characterized by our values of Passion, Work Ethic and Excellence
  • Model an excellent professional attitude toward your clients, and lead the cultivation of an integrated team atmosphere at your studio
  • Possess a strong awareness of customer satisfaction

Key Performance Indicators: (TBC)

  • Achieve the location’s monthly engagement targets
  • Number of clients on PT and Classes and wellness activations
  • Unique user attendance
  • Integration rate of employee: over 60% utilising one or more services in the SGP or Classes
  • Delivery and reporting of team results and celebrating client milestones (looping in SRW and SMT early and often).
