- Manage Visa & Immigration service-related escalations on behalf of client stakeholders
- Act as the primary contact for coordinating business travel assessments across multiple business units
- Research and assess visa requirements, travel restrictions, and allowable business activities
- Advise stakeholders on visa processes, necessary documentation, and expected timelines
- Identify and gather required documentation to support Visa & Immigration applications (e.g., company registration, tax certificates, financial information)
- Prepare visa application filings, compile supporting documentation, and respond to inquiries from foreign governments
- Track application deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed within required timeframes
- Liaise with the client's legal, tax, and accounting teams to obtain approvals and ensure all Visa-related documents are complete
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of Visa & Immigration issues
- Recommend Visa & Immigration process improvements based on customer feedback
- Develop and maintain a structured approach to Visa & Immigration document management and compliance
- 3-5 years of relevant Visa & Immigration experience, ideally covering Singapore
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and remote collaboration tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to dynamic environments
