- Build and nurture relationships with distributors, agents, and stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
- Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships to foster long-term growth.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Product Marketing Strategy & Product Launches:
- Develop and implement robust product marketing strategies tailored to the neurovascular market.
- Plan, execute, and manage product launches in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor market feedback post-launch and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and product marketing in a regional capacity.
- Proven expertise in theMedical Devicesindustry, particularly in neurovascular or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in Key Account Management, strategic planning, and professional networking.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Independent, goal-oriented, and an effective team player.
- Familiarity with cultural and regulatory requirements in Southeast Asia.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
