The Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in hiring top-tier healthcare professionals and corporate staff. As the backbone of their recruitment operations, they help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process across all departments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels

- Support recruiters by posting jobs, managing candidate pipelines, and tracking applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience

- Draft and send offer letters, manage background checks, and support onboarding logistics

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, reports, and metrics

- Liaise with HR, hiring managers, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective recruitment support

- Assist in career fair and recruitment event planning and logistics

What you should have:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment coordination or HR admin experience (preferably in healthcare or high-volume hiring environments)

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar) is an advantage

- High level of discretion, professionalism, and customer service mindset
