Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 support for IT Data Center.
  • Provide Level 2 support and End-User Support for Singapore sites
  • Use ServiceNow for ticketing and support reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incident tickets
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT issues in Singapore and plant locations.
  • Escalate Level 3 issues to respective team (e.g., Network, Server, Application, etc).
  • Hardware Deployment & Asset Management (Disposal of old and defective equipment)
  • Replace faulty or lost Cisco IP Phones in Singapore.
  • Support IT projects and the deployment of new technologies and applications in Singapore.
  • Assist with IT procurement tasks, including managing software and hardware requests for Singapore.
  • Repair, replace, and reimage IT equipment as needed.
  • Conduct IT orientation for new hires.
  • Set up new network printers and resolve printer-related issues.
  • Coordinate hardware-related issues with Singapore’s IT service provider.
  • Report daily updates and provide weekly updates to the team lead.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in IT operations and support, or IT helpdesk role.
  • Familiar with IT infrastructure components, including hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, network devices) and software (operating systems, applications, network protocols).
  • Experience with setting up PCs (desktops and laptops) from initial setup to deployment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, particularly related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 11)
