  • Ensure alignment of messaging, branding, and go-to-market strategies across different markets and customer segments.
  • Deliver regional toolkits and frameworks aligned with product and service value propositions.
  • Lead the implementation of regional marketing and communication initiatives, including brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, events, and product launches.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure integrated campaign planning and execution.
  • Consolidate and manage the regional marketing budget, tracking ROI and effectiveness of marketing spend.
Skills and experience required
  • Relevant experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the automotive, commercial vehicles, logistics, or construction equipment industries.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing multi-country marketing operations in a matrixed or global organization.
