
Director - CRM Pulse Strategy - APAC
The Role
Veeva has just launched its latest innovation: a first-of-its-kind cloud-based data product providing granular, privacy-safe HCP access and multichannel engagement data. CRM Pulse will now be expanding rapidly to APAC. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven Strategy leader to own the ProProducts-to-market for the region.
CRM Pulse aims to improve the accuracy and effectiveness with which the life sciences industry engages with its customers. It is designed to drive more robust segmentation, targeting, and omnichannel planning activities.
As the Strategy leader for APAC, you will be responsible for all market-facing aspects of the proProduct the region as well as its overall success. You will need to develop and execute a clear, actionable Growth Plan for APAC and work closely with product and operations teams to create a strong product-market fit.
As the leader of a new product, you will have an exciting and entrepreneurial experience building the market for the proProduct developing strong product messaging and thoughtful engagement with potential early adopters. You will also lead the business’ selling model - setting clear strategies and goals for our sales team.
This role will be based in Singapore with regional coverage and regional travel expectations.
What You'll Do
- Drive the commercial success of the business in APAC
- Develop, own, and execute the business’ 5-year growth plan and yearly objectives
- Design and drive the business’ reference selling model and ensure its effectiveness
- Own and ensure an effective and successful pricing strategy
- Own product messaging and positioning to customers
- Communicate the product and product direction to customers
- Play a lead role in senior-level customer discussions
- Lead and organize the business’ customer events
Requirements
- 10 years in consulting or regional pharma commercial leadership roles
- Pharma commercial and segmentation & targeting experience
- Deep familiarity with the use of data in pharma commercial and omnichannel operations
- Good understanding of modern data and analytics methodologies
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- 10 years in consulting or regional pharma commercial leadership roles
- Pharma commercial and segmentation & targeting experience
- Deep familiarity with the use of data in pharma commercial and omnichannel operations
- Good understanding of modern data and analytics methodologies
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Experience in Asia
