What You’ll Do

  • Lead the partnership, strategy and revenue of the most Strategic Lower funnel accounts across 40+ markets.
  • Develop the framework for working internally and externally with Key Lower Funnel accounts across all Sales Partners markets, and for the customer journey from test to scale.
  • Help our sales partners develop best-in-class sales teams and programs to grow Pinterest’s business with Enterprise level advertisers and agencies in +40 Markets
  • Liaise and serve as the key point of contact for Key Lower Funnel accounts for our Sales Partners; develop, maintain and deepen the relationships with the senior stakeholders in xfn, Enterprise teams, and client side.
  • Plan, lead and participate in local Pinterest marketing events and present on behalf of Pinterest’s business.
  • Help our Sales Partners develop local deals with Global Accounts, ensuring consistency and effectiveness of support
  • Support team strategy for media planning, campaign management, media measurement and media channels (e-commerce, branding, formats and targeting)
  • Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally to build cohesive partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders, including product, sales operations, and marketing.


What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, sales leadership or media agency experience.
  • A data-driven leader with the ability to lead teams against aggressive goals in Enterprise level Advertiser segments.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others.
  • Experience in process management, operations management, and understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
  • Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate them into action plans.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working with Agencies/Resellers is a plus.
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software.
  • Comfortable with 30% of travel time.
  • BA/BS degree.

  • As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
