
Passenger Relations Officer (Airport Lounge)
Position: Passenger Relations Officer (Airport Lounge)
Salary: $3400 - $3600
Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 10 hours per shift (included break time), rotational shift including night shift
Company-provided transport or transport claim for early morning (5 AM) or midnight shifts
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable lounge experience. Assist with inquiries, special requests, and complaints.
Oversee lounge operations, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and availability of amenities such as food, beverages, and seating.
Assist passengers with lounge access, VIP services, and special requests, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor customer feedback, collaborate with the team, and follow all safety and security protocols to ensure smooth lounge operations.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum high school diploma; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Prior customer service or hospitality experience is required, ideally in airport or lounge setting. Experience in handling passenger relations and complex requests is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Basic IT proficiency (training on the CS system will be provided for 3 weeks).
Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and flexible with shift schedules (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
