Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell or Python.

Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Having RHCE / Windows Server Administration Certification is preferable
