- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements; manage dependencies across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and product marketing to deliver elegant, scalable, and compliant lending experiences.
- At least 10 years experience in product management with deep exposure to lending.
- Experience defining and leading product strategy across multiple markets and cross-functional product teams.
- Ability to think in systems and coordinate execution across horizontal capabilities.
- Strong user empathy and customer-first mindset, coupled with rigorous data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills - comfortable working with leadership, engineering, and commercial teams alike.
- Proven ability to scale products from 0 to 1 or 1 to n, in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Bachelors in psychology, computer science, business, economics, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools.
- Solid ASEAN/APAC exposure.
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience; preferably has worked in a fintech or innovation arm.
