  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with production monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, ELK).
  • Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning of Java applications.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and basic Linux commands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with incident and change management processes (ITIL framework).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Python for support automation.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
