We leverage technology to systematize assessment and performance tracking data, providing more personalized and customized teaching methods to serve each student's precious time, enabling them to learn more precisely and efficiently.
We offer comprehensive curriculum training in various systems, including but not limited to IBDP, IGCSE, AP, and O/A Level courses. This helps students make rapid academic progress, excel, and develop lifelong learning abilities and habits.
In addition to academic courses, we provide a rich array of general education courses, such as "New Perspective English," "Public Speaking," "Chinese/English Debate," "Creative Writing," "Critical Writing Workshop," "KET/PET," "AMC Math Competition," and more, ensuring students receive comprehensive nourishment and choices at different age levels.
Little Life provides group classes and one-on-one teaching, tailoring instruction to individual needs. We absolutely do not force all students into a single mold but allow each seed to ultimately bear its most beautiful and sweetest fruit through strong interactive links.
Little Life has a strong teaching force, with over 50% of our teachers holding doctoral degrees and educational experts from English-speaking countries like the US, UK, and Australia. We are united in our dedication to contributing our collective wisdom to teaching and research. As we expand our offline centers, we need more like-minded, passionate educators to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead in the development and continual update of tutoring IB programs and curriculum aligned with market and customer needs.
2. Provide one-to-one tutoring or conduct group classes of IB courses to students registered under the employer.
3. Collaborate with other instructors to create lesson plans, educational materials, and curriculum contents.
4. Assist in the promotion of courses taught and/or designed.
5. Evaluate students' learning progress and provide improvement suggestions.
6. Maintain good communication with parents to address teaching issues.
7. Research educational theories and teaching methods for continuous innovation.
Job Requirements
1. Degree or above, preferably in Education, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Management, or English.
2. At least 2 years of teaching or management experience in primary/secondary schools, with experience in tutoring institutions preferred.
3. Familiarity with local Singapore and IB curriculum standards is preferred.
4. Excellent teaching and operational management abilities.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
6. Innovative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
7. Outstanding proficiency in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as most of our students are Chinese speaking.
