We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Sustainability & HSE team. This role offers hands-on experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and ESG research. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects that drive our sustainability strategy and impact.

Learning Opportunities:
Exposure to ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
Practical experience in Health and Safety data management and reporting.
Cross-functional collaboration across sustainability, HSE, and corporate functions.
Insights into how ESG and workplace safety are integrated into business operations and strategy.
Experience working in a collaborative corporate environment.

Contract Period: Jun 2025 to Dec 2025

Responsibilities

Assist in collecting and analyzing ESG data, including Health and Safety performance indicators (e.g., incident rates, lost-time injuries).
Support the preparation and review of ESG and sustainability disclosures (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), including Health and Safety metrics.
Conduct research on ESG trends, regulatory developments, and industry benchmarks related to sustainability and workplace safety.
Assist in updating internal Health and Safety dashboards and documentation.
Help coordinate and communicate ESG and Health and Safety campaigns or awareness activities.
Support the tracking of sustainability and Health and Safety KPIs and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.
