- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across key Asia countries.
- Identify and prioritize high growth markets, verticals and client segments for expansion and tailor solutions to their screening needs.

- Oversee, support and drive negotiation and closure of high-value enterprise deals, RFPs and contract negotiations.
- Support meeting and engaging with prospects, to understand their requirements and debate with them the merits of a commercial partnership with Company
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting of deals closure target and timely execution of deals closed and regularly attain and exceed sales targets.
- Refine the science and art of professional solution selling and understand that this is a process of constant learning and improvement
- Maintain and utilize all systems at your disposal to success e.g. Salesforce and become the master of efficiency through technology
- To be an active leadership team member within international commercial team, help others to success as how others support you.
- Collaborate with marketing on demand generation, thought leadership and industry events.
- Partner with other stakeholders in product, operations, finance, pricing, legal, contract compliance teams in solutioning, localization and innovation for Asia markets.
- Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent.
- Masters degree desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM toll such as Salesforce, and sales analytics
- Minimum 10 years experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in selling solutions such as information services, business process outsourcing (BPO), human resources solution
- Experience working across diverse Asian markets and cultures.
- Experience in managing teams across multiple regions.
- Experience in working on international deals and with peers across the organization.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling rather than transactional selling and track record of moving sales teams through the value curve.
- Demonstrate innovative Go to Market, lead generation, product footprint expansion, customer acquisition, upselling and cross-selling expertise
- Expertise in enforcing sales discipline on CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce) for pipeline management, sales process management, and measurement of KPIs.
