including preparation of tender specifications and evaluation of tender
documentation;
3. Managing end-to-end bus procurement processes, including market
sounding exercises, tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract

4. Conducting pre-delivery inspections and testing of bus onboard equipment
to ensure compliance with contractual requirements;
5. Coordinating with various divisions to manage seamless integration of key
systems and technologies onto bus platforms;

and suppliers to stay updated on product developments and industry
innovations;
7. Performing market research on bus technology developments and trends
to recommend new bus design specifications that meet public transport
needs; and
8. Managing bus fleet procurement budgets and ensuring cost-effective
purchasing decisions while maintaining quality standards.In addition, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing asset management practices through process improvements and system optimisation to support the evolving needs of our public bus transport system. This includes developing procurement strategies that align with long-term fleet management objectives and sustainability goals.What we are looking for:
- Knowledge in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in automotive technology industry,
- Familiar with hybrid / electric vehicles topologies is advantageous
- Experience in the public bus or related industry, as well as proficiency in
- Strong analytical, planning, execution and problems solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for details
- Proactive, highly motivated, and capable of working independently
