- Guarding and patrolling properties.

- Manage security and safety systems (eg. Central alarm system, Fire alarm system, Lift control system, car park system, card access system).

- Monitor CCTV/ Central Alarm Monitoring/ Fire Command Centre monitoring.

- Ensure proper documentation and records maintenance (service and attendance sheets, incident occurrence reports, staff training records, procurement related records).
- Monitor all unauthorised vandalism and removal of property, review and report accidents that happened
- Perform duties at lobby, patrol, escort duty and static duty.
- Inspect all areas for safety and fire hazard; and file reports on safety precautions.
- Assist with any other duties, tasks or jobs with similar levels of responsibility and complexity to the assigned job grade as may be reasonably requested by the line manager and/or the College.
- Minimum of Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- Possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) Security Licence.
- Must have passed or be exempted from the required Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) module under the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) framework and is minimally WSQ-certified Security Supervisor.
- Attend 2 certificate modules (SSO Courses).
- CERT trained.
- 5 years related security experience required.
- Knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and meticulous.
- Pro-active and independent.
- Considerate and professional in all communications and adaptable to change.
- Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office applications.
