- Qualification in Project & Facilities Management, Mechanical & Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities and Contract management or IT infra-structure management, including ACMV, electrical works, telephony systems and/or audio visual knowledge.
- Have led and supervise a team of officers and/or maintenance contractor to execute maintenance and repair works
- Possess team / project management experience
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills, competent in Microsoft EXCEL and Auto cad
- Good contracts management skills
- Able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines
