- Assist Product Managers in managing IVS, Cloud UC, Voice, DLLC and ELL services.
- Manage and execute monthly settlement with partners and ensure settlement is correct and timely.
- Track, update, and report on Operational Expenses
- Track and match drivers, adds, and churns against finance reports.
- Prepare monthly reporting for Product Managers and reports for regulatory submission.
- Prepare monthly invoices, accruals, and journals for VASes, and partners.

- Periodic update of website and intranet on product info.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with partners.
- Prepare and support for Annual Operation Planning
- Support cross product bundle journaling.
- Support Product Managers in process enhancement and digitalization.
- Provide day-to-day coordination for projects and tasks, managing dependencies and handoffs effectively and optimizing schedules.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Product Manager and/or Director.
- Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing, preferably with 2-3 years of Product Management / Product Marketing experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Product management and/or Solutions experience in Voice/UC, and telco services.
- Good written and oral communications skills.
- Proficient with basic desktop tools: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Familiar with collaboration tools: MS Teams, Sharepoint
