Position Summary

The Marketing Intern will support new product launches and marketing campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in brand marketing.

You will play an essential role to:

1) Brand Marketing

  • Support planning and execution of new product launch activities across relevant channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely rollout
  • Coordinate delivery of product samples
  • Analyze and report on call-to-action (CTA) response
  • Monitor and update on competitor campaigns and promotions across social media, partnership, retail and eCommerce
  • Conduct price audit and maintain pricing index updates

2) Channel and Shopper Marketing

  • Collaborate with agencies to create and produce point-of-sales materials (POSM) in a timely manner
  • Liaise with sales for effective in-store execution
  • Recommend improvements based on store feedback and observations
  • Develop sales kits and demo tools for promoters
  • Track promoter performance and review ROI
  • Source and propose suitable GWP or premium options

3) Reporting and administration

  • Process invoices and submit in supplier portal
  • Maintain A&P tracking files and marketing budget records
  • Update and manage the master product list
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department

To be successful in this intern role, you will need to have:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field
  • Specialization or coursework in Marketing or related fields
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bonus: Ability to speak an additional language (e.g. Mandarin) is an added advantage
